Know Your Beef Cuts
Ribeye, sirloin, tenderloin, chuck—every cut brings something different to the table. Knowing where your beef comes from can help you choose the right cut for the way you want to cook.

RIBEYE
Known for its rich marbling and big beef flavor, ribeye is tender, juicy and made for the grill. It’s a great choice when you want a steak that delivers plenty of flavor without much fuss.
NEW YORK STRIP
The New York strip offers a great balance of tenderness and bold beef flavor. It’s a little leaner than ribeye but still has enough marbling to stay juicy on the grill.
FILET & TENDERLOIN
Exceptionally tender and lean, filet is prized for its buttery texture. It has less marbling than ribeye or strip, making it a great choice when tenderness is the priority.
SIRLOIN
Sirloin is lean, flavorful and versatile. It’s a great everyday steak that works well on the grill, sliced for salads and sandwiches, or cut into bites and kabobs.
